At Pander Apparel, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is always a stress-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
